In the past we have gone to Raptors games, TFC games, Skyzone, and have held Jebena Time, a platform for our haweys, hafteys and jignas to be able to engage in conversation thoughtfully curated by our Human Resource supervisors. These connections are incredibly important and New Nakfa wants to ensure that the Eritrean youth of Toronto are able to expand their network to create an open flow of information on resources, opportunities, and to offer each other emotional support. New Nakfa recognizes the importance of a social network and the impact it has on the course of one's life.
